The project consists of 75 luxury villas ranging in size from 350 to 1500m² which are to be built in several stages. The villas will be located along a ridge between a golf course and the sea in the pristine landscapes of the Northeast end of the island.
The rendered services focused on the following:
Negotiation and signing of the necessary planning contracts for the design and construction permitting
Complementing the planning team for the first construction phase including landscape planners, interior designers and others
Creation of a project budget for the first phase
Coordination of the international planning team
Participation in the selection of a contracting process
Quality control and optimization of the planning
Quality control of the realization
