The planned retail and office building is located on Revolution Square in the heart of the Georgian capital Tbilisi. It consists of a historically protected existing structure, a new construction and a large parking garage located under the bordering public square.
The scope of service provided for the developer CBR Capital Ltd. started with the pre-development on the following points:
Coordination of the developer’s local branch in Tbilisi
Advising the branch on all technical issues and involving surveyors and other specialists as needed
Completion of the planning team in Georgia and Germany
Contract management
Installing of a web-based document management system for the entire project team (Georgia and Germany)
Generating and controlling a master schedule and a planning schedule
Steering the planning process
Preparing and negotiating the necessary documents to obtain a loan agreement from the bank
Coordination and controlling of a research study of the local market (JLL)
