The development company CBR Capital plans the new construction of a 4-star hotel on the banks of the Kura river in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi. The building will have 350 rooms and suites, a 4,000 m² ballroom and banquet facility, a 2,000 m² spa and 3 restaurants, including a sky bar on the 21st floor.
