Completion was in 2017 and 2019. The 13-story high-rises were pre-leased to the B\u00fcrgermeister-Reuter-Stiftung. The supermarket is being built as a joint venture.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">After the client realized that their project goals were at significant risk due to the initial planning team and that both space efficiency and on-schedule completion were jeopardizing the project, GC was commissioned with project management and the realignment of the project.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"grauel_projekte_text_rechts\">\n<p><span class=\"grauel_contentsubheadline\">Goals were:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"grauel_anstrich\">Assistance in negotiating the lease agreement<\/div>\n<div class=\"grauel_anstrich\">Assistance in defining the project goals to be adapted<\/div>\n<div class=\"grauel_anstrich\">Restructuring and supplementing the planning team<\/div>\n<div class=\"grauel_anstrich\">Planning optimization from an economic perspective<\/div>\n<div class=\"grauel_anstrich\">Ensuring deadlines were met<\/div>\n<div class=\"grauel_anstrich\">Identifying potential savings<\/div>\n<div class=\"grauel_anstrich\">Adapting the original procurement concept to the project goals and managing the tendering process<\/div>\n<div class=\"grauel_anstrich\">Assistance in awarding the contract to a general contractor<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The project is located in Berlin-Lichtenberg and houses 775 student apartments and a supermarket.
