Both are a mix of existing buildings and new construction for residential and commercial use.<\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\">GC was commissioned by the client and the financing bank to perform controlling tasks for construction progress monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Both building complexes are being constructed or renovated by a general contractor using a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) process.
