The project is located in the heart of the Finish capital Helsinki and consists of two historically listed buildings from 1911 and 1938. The renovation process was estimated to take six months beginning in January 2008.

At some point it became clear to the client that the project was threatened by:

Significant delays
Increasing construction costs and
Ineffective marketing

At this point they contacted GC to analyze the project and propose improvements and countermeasures such as:

Improving the planning concept to meet international standards
Proposing cost savings
Analyzing potential optimization of the marketing efforts
and to summarize the results in a final report.

In addition, two on-site meetings with the asset managers and planning team were organized and completed.

The results of the final report as presented to the client are being implemented by the on-site team to achieve the desired results.
