The project is located in Berlin-Charlottenburg and is divided into three construction phases with a total of 255 apartments.

GC was commissioned with the project management of the second construction phase. The main tasks included managing the planning for the sophisticated architecture by Tchoban Voss Architekten, handling around six contract awards, and performing continuous quality control during execution.

The building is being constructed on a partial plot with two underground levels and three entrances, built to the EH55 standard. It will include a photovoltaic system, an underground rainwater seepage system, an underground garage, and a basement.

Goals were:

On-schedule completion by the end of 2025

Optimization of planning to identify potential savings
