The projects are located in Berlin-Friedrichshain and Berlin-Lichtenberg. Both are a mix of existing buildings and new construction for residential and commercial use.
GC was commissioned by the client and the financing bank to perform controlling tasks for construction progress monitoring.
Both building complexes are being constructed or renovated by a general contractor using a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) process. GC provides monthly reports on construction progress.
Goals are:
Verification of the detailed cost calculation against the loan agreement
Verification of the project schedule
Providing the current construction status
Verification of submitted invoices
Updating the overall cost comparison
